Does anyone ever remember this item let along build it. I never see it. The item has a less than 1% build rate. Not counting ornn items, Viktor's it m, or gp ult upgrades, it is down there with ohmwreaker, poachers dirk, and mikels crucible. The sheild actually lasts 7 seconds. I remember it was broken on release. It lasted 10 seconds. Apparently it now lasts 7. Rengar had 2 of them essentially if he built it since his roar was a spellshield meaning he could kill the adc and run around and walk out for free because tank rengar was a thing. On miss fortune, you pop it then ult and they cant cancel it. And for 2 see onds after. Jhin s the same thing. Anyways do you even know that it exists and why does nobody build it.
