Please make URF a permanent game mode this year!

I dunno if that's already the plan and I just missed something or what, but I forgot how much ridiculous fun URF mode is, PLEASE keep it around this year!

If you ate steak everyday, eventually, you'd crave the novelty of a peanut butter sandwich.

URF is a rare treat, and that's what makes it wonderful. Don't take that away.

URF is no longer fun now that everyones tryhard... You cant pick any champ other than the nightmare 10 or you lose...

So an extremely fun playmode should be locked away because it would draw appeal away from Ranked?

That sounds more like a problem with Ranked.

I don't know why people think that if URF became permanent that everyone will stop playing ranked... It gets pretty old, pretty fast. Same champs every game, people feed "bc itz naut uh rael gaem" (word for word, spelling as well, quote from some kid yesterday). I think that it would be like making ARAM a permanent mode. Guess what, people still play ranked, always have, always will.

I doubt it would be a good idea to keep it.

Sure it's a very fun mode to play, but over-playing it would change the mentality on all players when they started to play normal modes. They'll be thinking:

"Oh crap, I have to buy item 3174 item 3070 again....." "Wow, was his/her cooldown this long before? (it's only 5 sec -_- ) "Wth, why is my gold gain so slow? Rito pls. (in reality, he lost about 30+ minions in 5 minutes)"

And secondly, it would really cripple all LCS matches in the future if URF is to be held permanent, as competitive players would tend to play URF rather more than the normal/rank ones.

I don't understand this point. If the competitive players don't play the competitive game mode, how are they competitive players then? The serious ones will continue sticking to Ranked to keep their standings up on the official game mode.
