What I want to know is, does anyone on the balance no how changes work? Like How do you not know if you buff baron other thing get a buff too!! 
If you buff anything then other things will get buffed because of changes. So if you buff somthing then you look at what it going to buff as well as that change and you balance it.
This is basic stuff yet Riot have 0 idea!

Since this is a complex system and every item, objective, and champion (not to mention reworks, new champs, new items and new runes) connects to others, they will never be able to completely balance the game. Their task is not to find the perfect balance but to keep the vortex of strong and weak champions, items and other stuffs in moving while keeping the game itself as healthy as possible. I sometimes hate it how there are under- as well as overpowered champions, but as long as I am not in the balance team, I have no other choice but to BAN ZED IN EVERY F....G GAME.

its really isnt hard they just dont care. I dont said it has to be conpletely balance yet it no were nere being a fair game
