Can he please just get disabled and worked on? He just does way too much damage atm. Why on earth would you give an adc 8-10 bullets of damage per crit and a burst of 350+1.2 (total?) AD at level 5 on just his Q? Is he supposed be some kind of stupid semi-tanky-assassin-adc now?
Quinn, I strangely don't mind considering she has no defensive steroids to play with.

On the pbe, last I checked it was only mana cost nerfs? Which won't do fuck-all besides hit his laning.
EDIT: Checked again. The secondary damage nerf is minimal at best..
