Oh you're back. For another round of mindless complaints I have to guess.

Viktor wasn't supposed to be a burst mage; he was supposed to be a zone control mage. Due to the front loaded power of his spells though, all he was was a burst mage. So they took some reliability from the spells, put more into them if you get lockdown, and voila! He's a proper zone control DPS mage

You didn't suppose.Zone control mage vs burst mage.Strange comparison.

Zone control mage:Utility

Burst mage:Damage

Absurd comparison.

(Here's hoping this is actually what you meant)

I didn't personally guess anything. Riot said themselves that he was meant to be a zone control mage.

Also, that is a widely inaccurate setup. Not all zone mages have a ton of utility. Look at Heimer: all he has is a singular stun (sound familiar?). He zones with areas created by his spells. His E aftershock hurts a lot more now, his ult hurts a lot more know, but the point is that they either will require lockdown (from W or an ally) to get that full power off, or you use them as figurative "walls" where the enemy doesn't want to go through them otherwise they get chunked to the red zone

Yeah zone control mage. This is true. But you look Riot's page.Lolwikipedia.Vİktor's ability power was 10/10.But now?.

He feels 7/10.His ult has short range. So I think changes are outrageous.

His ult has risk.

Also I'm back because Rito killed Viktor.

that's a complete horse-shit analysis and riot themselves have no idea what they're doing. Viktor has always been poke/burst.

he has one spell that's actually any use for zone control.

Q is damage and repositioning. E is a pure damage spell and always has been, even before the first rework. his ult was a better zone control spell before if anything because it was bigger and lasted longer.

Awkwardly shoving delays into his kit doesn't make him better at zone controlling, it makes him feel shitty to play which was the entire reason he got reworked in the first place. he felt shitty for most people to play.
