There has to be another solution, because as riot said, "We don't want to make a prison island." But that's exactly what happened. I can't play draft pick anymore without getting flamed.

Not only that, but a mode that I enjoyed playing until this happened. Sucks because team builder and blind pick allow for mirror matchups and they don't let me ban Cho Gath.

Riot bans toxic players from playing ranked and as a result most of them play draft. Basically its been flooded with ragers/toxic players since they made this decision.
Maestro801 votesAs far as I understand it, if you receive ranked restrictions you have to play normal draft SPECIFICALLY to work toward un-restricting your account. It's not that the restricted jerks decide to play normal draft because it resembles ranked... it's that they HAVE to play it if they want to overcome their ranked restriction. And it sucks.
T RexHasLongLegs2 votesRestrict them to blind pick only. That's always been kinda a troll mode where people instalock and bicker at each other. Give the trolls the troll mode they deserve. I mean even at its very best draft pick is played as a troll mode (Made it to five games in LCK semis? Good, you get to be trolled by that one pick that's banned against faker pretty much every single game ever.).

Occams Raiser1 votesI don't know what the problem is. Did someone get banned that wasn't supposed to be . If you are in ranked being toxic you should be banned from rank. If you are in normals being toxic you should be banned from rank.
Diananmen Square1 votesSince the ranked restriction came in, Draft Pick is the mode where toxic people play on, so I can't practice against counterpicks , etc without being told to uninstall because I died once or stole their kill.
Occams Raiser1 votesWhy are you practicing counter picks. Getting countered happens in normal TB on a regular. Just playing a lot is the way to practice playing at a disadvantage.
