Yup they did it Q range down to 220 from 270...since q is his only poke and range ability this really wasnt necessary add that delay to it...i was thinking adding cooldown to his Noxian Might could do the trick but Q range... no just no

they want to hit his early game, thats one thing. but this also impairs his ability to teamfight. his lategame was never an issue. this is a terrible change.
or they could lower the bonus ad from his passive on early levels. but that nerf really is going to destroy his lategame.
they could also make the heal on his q scale up with rank. they have so many options here to tune him down early without affecting him anywhere else.
