Riot, for season 6, make the victorious skin be for Gold 1+
That way if people get elo boosted they wont play and lose 90% of their games by playing AD Ziggs top.

I build dead mans plate on Bard for a tank item... It's infinitely better than Randuins IMHO

I don't like building Zekes unless my ADC already has IE + PD. It seems really like a luck-based thing if it wont give you the remainder of your 100% crit chance.
