There is none.

Where are the pre-season changes to address this?

Whats the counterplay to a 20-0 <champion name> at n minutes? Riot please this is unfair. I should be able to win every game.

I'm talking 5-0, not 20-0. Anything that isn't an ADC has counterplay.

I Won a game against a 20 0 champion by twenty minutes. They were yi and we had rammus who had just powerfarmed while yi ganked. Rammus got one taunt and deleted yi.

If your champion can't 100 to 0 someone in 3-4 seconds, it's not viable in top, mid, or jungle
