Picking into is stupid Playing aggressive after picking the champion who gets counter by the enemy is more stupid.

Go on Champion.gg or other sites and check the counter of your champion, and consider not playing that champion after enemy picks its counter pick. If you just have to play that champion play defensively.

Being later picks gives you more options such as counter picking since you know what your match up will be, not for you to make your life and your teammates' life miserable.

Please pay attention.

So your saying that I should pick Nasus into Renekton because according to champion gg he has a 54 percent winrate against him, but its still stupid to do that?

That and apparently the number one counter pick to nasus is maokai, champion gg is weird sometimes.

Actually picking Nasus into Renekton is smart, Renekton is going to get so mad at anything Nasus does that he is going to reduce his summoner's responses by 0.5% through cognitive interference.

counterpicks arn't everything.

im a silver 2 Nidalee i was playing top lane vs a Jax during 6.3. because he decided to "counterpick" me with an op champ that was broken in the current meta

well I'm screwed right?

Nope!!!

i completely dominated him... and you wanna know why? because he was bronze 4 playing a champ he has never played b4 and im silver 2 playing my main.

so yes counterpicks are important, but not more important than knowing how to play your champ and being against an opponent that is of equal skill level.

Not saying counter pick means everything, but people picking into their counter and not knowing how to work around their weakness is very absurb. (Bronze zed picking into kayle, so dumb)

For example this Susan from my last game, if Nasus picks any top lane tanks with hard cc like maokai and malphite he wont be screwed so badly in early trades, and if he is smart enough to avoid eary trades against a lane buly like renekton he would outscale him. But he went with the nasus pick and was extremely ham dying over and over directly causing the game for the team.
