Everyone's Favorite Baker Have a Rework in the Oven?

It seem like Riot is slowly reworking all of the point and click champions in the game in favor of more "skill based" kits that encourage "counterplay" (i.e. Sion, Veigar, Zilean, and Ryze.) Pantheon is one of the only true point and click champions left in the game. Has anyone heard of Riot doing a rework for him? Does anyone have any suggestions for how his rework should change him (if it happens)? Here's what I would like to see:

Q - Spear Shot Obviously this would become a skill shot but it would need to have clear distinctions from Nidalee's spear throw. The range should be much less than Nidalee's but it should have a proc that makes it interesting and rewards intelligent play. Several possible ideas (let me know if you have another or like one in particular):

  1. If the spear kills a target it keeps traveling in a straight line with increased range. Does less damage for each target it passes through (to prevent killing a whole wave of minions with one shot.)
  2. Damages all targets in a line. Does significantly less damage for each target it passes through.
  3. Reduces cooldown if the spear kills the target.
  4. Refunds health and/or mana if the spear critical hits.
  5. Refunds health and/or mana if the spear kills the target.
  6. Refunds health and/or mana if the spear hits a champion.

W - Aegis of Zeonia Jump to target area instead of directly to an enemy unit. Stuns any enemies in a small radius on impact. Could be used defensively as an escape as well as offensively.

E - Heartseeker Strike Make it chargable like Sion's Q. Does either increased damage or has a larger range the longer you charge it. The channel time would need to be reduced to compensate for the charging.

R - Grand Skyfall Remove the green circle, reduce the max range by at least half, make distance traveled proportional to channel time, and let the player control how long he wants to channel the ult (using a similar mechanic to VI's Q or Zac's E.) Instead of Pantheon appearing instantly at the location have him leap across the screen like Zac's E (to allow enemies to react.) Imagine how cool that effect would be with Pantheon's Dragonslayer skin (wings out leaping into the fray.) When Pantheon lands he deals damage to enemies based on how far he traveled and how close he lands to them (possibly with an added bonus like a slow that scales with distance traveled if Pantheon lands directly on top of them.) The impact radius of his ult would most likely need to be reduced since it would give enemies less time to react.

No. And No. Please dont give them ideas.

Those biased ''nerfshots'' reworks are slowly ruining this game and removing counterpick and strategic value. If I wanted a twitch reflex game, I could go and play a fighting game like SF or KoF.

Now those champions that previously countered mobility are weak to it because why the fuck not. If champions didnt have such disparities on mobility, it could be cool. But those are only thinly veiled mobility champion buffs, just like the Mana regen ''rework'' was a stealth Zed buff.

Zilean and Veigar are literally not worth to play now, they lost their niches and reliability. People excuse Zed because ''muh item 3157 counterplay'' but apparently buying any of item 3157 item 3102 item 3026 item 3140 was too hard against a farming champion like Veigar .

Unless mobility is nerfed, or at least reigned in, click-and-point skills, and specially CC, are absolutely necessary. And that is OK.
