The Conqueror Rune

Honestly with season 10 approaching, conqueror is not looking promising, in fact it looks like it'll really break what balance this game has. The current one now allows you to build your stacks and deal ridiculous damage and heal as well, but with season 10, it heals for the amount of damage you deal, meaning if you fight you do not die. With season 10 on the way, there's a thought crossing my mind that conqueror will become the most over-used rune in the game over all the others. I honestly would like to suggest deleting the conqueror rune completely or give it a completely different function because right now, with this version now and season 10's, it's not gonna be possible to balance it without making it absurdly strong or completely weak.
