Nerfing Charm Abilities and Buffing Quicksilver Sach

Crowd Control has always never been fun to deal with, but most of it is reasonable unlike a certain ability that I view as strictly unfair and incredibly overpowered, charms. Charm abilities have by far the longest duration I've ever seen despite being more powerful than a stun or root. Charms rob the player of any control or usage of abilities while also basically sending your character towards the enemy. Immediately I foresaw this as a problem for game balance if more/new characters further down the line receive something like a charm ability or exactly as such.

Players advice you use the Quicksilver Sach, but that item has a 90 second cool-down compared to other abilities that may likely have shorter cool-downs and only works a small handful of times. With this in mind, I find myself slightly outraged and annoyed that the only counter to a charm is relied solely on an item which isn't even that reliable. This item also serves to hinder the development of the rest of your kit simply for the sake of dealing with just one character that may have a charm ability, namely EvelynEvelynn or AhriAhri (maybe even more).

How Charm Abilities should be Changed: What I think should be done to charms is that the player should be allowed retain control of their regular abilities, except ultimate abilities, so as long as the charm forces you towards them. Charms across the board should also receive a 50% decrease in their duration (now: 3 - 4 seconds, after: 1.5 - 2 seconds).

How to Buff Quicksilver Sach As for the item Quicksilver Sach, I think it should be buffed with a passive that negates 25% of the effectiveness on all crowd control abilities and 50% of the effectiveness of charm abilities.

Ahri charm: 1.4-2 seconds Evelynn charm: 1-2 seconds Rakan charm: 1-1.5 seconds There is no charm ability that exceeds 2 seconds, which is exactly the time you wanted it to last at max QSS is not a "Im now immune to CC" item, its a "I can fuck up once every 90 seconds and not die for that", and its already strong when there are a lot of hard cc abilities in the game

Post Translation: I lost to Ahri, thus she needs a nerf.

This post is likely going to be collecting downvotes because to start, it is objectively wrong about multiple things, and not just in the writing.
