Nerf Pyke's "Bone Skewer"

Pyke Pyke is by far one of the most annoying characters in League with abilities that can hardly be countered. With a ban rate of about 46% nearing 50%, its clear that no one wants to play around this character and should receive the appropriate balance changes to make him reasonable. Anyone who is banned nearly half of the time clearly isn't the type of character people want to deal with or be around. One of his abilities i feel should be nerfed heavily, and that is his Bone Skewer. Bone Skewer by far is an ability that needs to be charged up in order to reach its maximum effectiveness. However, a decent Pyke can simply aim ahead and nail his ability every time with no clear visual as to where it's going. With this in mind, I came up with two potential nerfs to make the character reasonable and fun for all no matter what. Note: These are seperate nerfs entirely and are not meant to be used together!

Nerf#1: Instead of nerfing the ability directly via stats, nerfing it visually would bring it less harm. The visual I'm focusing on is the little indicator of when Xerath has finished charging his beam and is about to fire it. This nerf would add a visible range to Bone Skewer, much like Xerath's laser ability, that players can see with just barely just enough time to avoid it. This would put some ease on the players playing against him so they know where his ability is going.

Nerf#2: This nerf is a bit more to the extreme, but drastically changes Bone Skewer to a point to where distance matters greatly. What I suggest with this idea for one is to add a falloff range to it. How this works is basically, the farther something has to go, the less effective it is. The farther Bone Skewer has to travel, the less it can pull you in. This would focus on completely changing how the ability works. Instead of being a charge up, it would be an ability that you can choose to hold in order to aim it and you'll have to be within a certain distance to an enemy player for the ability to be used at its best. In addition to this nerf however, the ability will need a buff that increases the distance the ability can travel by about 50% and add a minor slowness debuff that applies to enemy champions hit with the ability that lasts 3 seconds. As for how much falloff Bone Skewer should have over a certain distance is this; with the buffed range, falloff should begin around 40% of the max distance traveled to where its effectiveness drops by 25%, and when it reaches 70% it'll drop another 25%, and at 100% it will have lost 75% of its total effectiveness.

I think the only "nerf" he needs is the revert on his ult. Pyke is basically useless without it. Buff atleast his Q, let him hit aoe again with it. Im okay with him not being able to damage minions with E, so thats fine, but the ult revert and the Q revert.

Can you guys just learn how to play against a Pyke and not complain about him being broken? Like, For fucks sakes, if you beat him early, he is literally useless later. He is also WAY too easy to counter.
