Riot has said that they are going to balance for LCS because of LC$ Big plays. The problem is only about 10% of league players even know what the lcs is. Most people play this game casually, as if it were just a game(which it is). I don't see why they are not nerfing lee sin. He is OP in silver and OP in LCS.

An OP champion (Zed) at high levels of play is still OP even if bad players can't use him right and mess up his win rate.
