Blind, as in can't attack you for 1.5s. Not like graves smoke bomb. Did they change teemo's too?

I've gone ahead and edited out part of your OP that violated the Golden Rule. It's perfectly fine to ask about Quinn's new kit and current balance state, but please leave any insults towards others, even Rioters, out of your comments. Constructive criticism is fine ("I can't believe the balance team believes that Quinn can perform well as a champion without a blind! What are they thinking?"), but direct insults are not ("The balance team are all idiots and should be fired for being ignorant and incompetent").

well yeah i main quinn after the rework and is so uselles champion . she only get nerfs and some buffs that they do nothing to help her and now you lose the most lanes because they lowered quinns overpowered damage and counter play after the rework i strongly aggre with you.
