Looks like another tank patch

Used to be able to shred tanks after getting whisper, and now its just laughable, even with all the new runes to take down tanks, they still are extremely tanky. Was in a game where I was jungling, tank jungle went tank/dps, outdmging assassins. Had ashe in another, full focus on a tank who just dove me, past the entire front line, survived walking out with over 1/2 hp, people are going to get the hang of this quick and you're just gonna see bruisers being picked all season if it isn't balanced soon.
