ban smurfs from ranked

Seriously, if they don't want long que times then play normals, the team is given an unfair advantage, there is nothing competitive about it. This always happens at the end of a season, they just come out in droves, so many pathetic individuals. I've played against and had them on my team, it isn't fun either way. I want my win to mean something, not get carried or have a scrub team that shouldn't have won get carried b/c someone got bored of their own bracket, how has this not been addressed yet?
