New Irelia is trash, change my mind
All in champ with no duel capability and a .75 stun thats ez to dodge lawl, she can't duel anyone anymore, at least top laners, why would they screw her up so badly.

That's not how the burden of proof works.
If you are completely ignorant on the topic, no need to comment, I want others opinions as to why they think she isn't utter trash after the rework.
Irelia has a lot of burst, her playstyle in lane is a bit like Aatrox, she needs to stack both Conqueror and her Ionian fervour or whatever it's called and then all in, then she does actually pretty crazy damage. Her R is surprisingly high burst. She's a good diver, she scales somewhat well. The thing is she was actually broken and had to be nerfed, so to say she's trash is quite weird. The nerfs were pretty heavy I guess, so her laning feels it a lot.
She has an insane late game. She's not as much early game focused but I still feel like her early game is decent. Trinity + Sterak's is OP on her.
Fiora and Aatrox are not really her best matchups... Fiora might be the worst one possible
Irelia needs her passive active if she wants to duel to the death and not have short bursts so can't disagree really
Thats the problem though, games don't last long enough for a lot of these champs that are being phased out, 20min or less , at lower ranks b/c ppl qq and surrender and at higher ranks b/c they just dont last that long. Saying a champ shines late game just shows they are bad, b/c most games dont last that long
