I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, and they didn't really gut him from what I saw. He can still build more tanky than most AP champs and they increased some of his AP scaling.

He can still be killed a lot easier if he builds full tank compared to natural tanky champions.

Also, any champion with iceborn/sunfire is relevant and does well. Literally. A Fizz is a nightmare.

They gotta nerf Rageblade and Devourer first, those items were the REAL problem. Silver V adc and mage mains couldn't 1v1 Xin Zhao because of that item.

Same people that already got nerfed Katarina and Akali into trash tier with their crying. Now that Riot has taken care of the low elo problems they might actually focus on real issues.
