Is the game too crazy fast now? Are players with weak hardware and/or internet disadvantaged?
Swear to god, with the items now, combined with abilities, I feel like everyone is running around in team fights at super speed. The whole game feels like its on turbo mode sometimes.
And, the more frantic and fast paced things happens...doesn't this give a disadvantage to players with weaker hardware and/or internet connections?
