Zed changes were actually nerfs not buffs.

Posted this a few days back about the zed "buffs" on the League subreddit and got downvoted to hell. Was wondering if you guys share a different opinion. * r/zedmains

As a master tier zed main I fully agree with what he's saying. Zed changes hurt us more than they help. Overall nerf because the downside of Qsecondary damage being nerfed outweighs the benefits of the multihit in most cases.

Can we get some non-bias opinions on people who have tried zed this patch but don't main him?

Those changes nerfed his laning phase farming, but increased the damage if only hitting one target (champions) with multiple Q's

So it's not really a buff or a nerf in a way.

The newest PBE update contains another Zed secondary Q damage buff with ridiculous numbers. No wonder he has been the most banned champion and I am convinced that with these continuous buffs he won't give up the "most banned" title in the next few months.
