Karthus Q buff on PBE

"Lay Waste (Q) damage increased from 40/60/50/100/120 to 50/70/90/110/130"

I mean yeah, it's only 10 damage, but early on in the game that 10 damage could equate to something interesting, especially since Karthus Q deals double damage to isolated targets.

My thoughts are that this is mostly Karthus's compensation for minions being a bit harder to kill now, and they'll be getting more health as well. Though I will say this will also make JG Karthus a bit more interesting since this means he can clear even faster than he could before, which is nice since he's losing the level up mana from Presence of Mind (Precision is Karthus's Go-To Secondary because of both PoM and Last stand, which works while Karthus is in Passive)

It's a Kinda Small buff, but I'll take it for now since I hear Karthus might potentially get some other buffs/changes soon which I hope will also be nice :)

Karthus doesn't need a damage buff IMO. According to champion.gg, Karthus has the highest average damage dealt per game and giving him even more damage isn't going to fix his problems unfortunately.

Karthus is like Teemo, they almost always have the top damage per game because of the natures of their ultimates. They deal a ton of damage, but it's not necessarily useful damage because some of it is just going to happen when it doesn't matter. If Karthus casts ultimate to last hit an escaping champion while the other four teammates are still up, he's going to significantly ramp up his damage stat, but not all of that damage was very effective. He might hit someone who was about to recall, he might have hit the jungler who is able to get back to full hp in a minute by farming camps, etc. Cassiopeia for example doesn't deal nearly as much damage as Karthus per game, but almost all the damage that she's doing matters because in order to deal damage she needs to be right up in someone's face, which means that person is not going to get much of a chance to heal up like he or she can with Karthus's or Teemo's damages.
