Blade of the Ruined King Basic attacks now deal 8% of targets current health up from 6%
Is vayne going to be buying this item again with those buffs?

You want Vayne to buy that item in all honesty. That's what she should be going for instead of rushing static and IE and bursting squishy targets thanks to Q crits.
Probably, 8% will chunk tanks like cray.
She can benefit from it, but her builds are more centered around the Q tumble burst with
