But Xin isn't an ADC.
The item was intended for Marksmen, not for champions like Xin.
Stormrazor was meant to act as a way for ADC's to borrow from their late game power for a little bit of early power.
Let's be honest, Stormrazor is just as toxic and unhealthy as Duskblade.
