If you are gonna take away his tools to consistently do damage, you better be increasing his damage by the same ratio
Increasing the amount of time it takes for him to do damage, without increasing the damage isn't creating counter play, it's dumpstering him without a thought for actual balance.

YoIocaust1 votesbut i do know. ive been building armor pen on pretty much all melee champs/adc's for years. do you even know how much damage lucian does with just fervor with armor pen builds? armor pen makes everything effective, and youmuus rushing vs low armor is disgusting even more so with built in armor pen.
do you even know how much an irelia Q does with max armor pen? ofcourse you dont. ill tell you, it does 65% damage where your ult will do 300 per blade. (better build max AS cause muh true damage)
