Sure would be nice if Riot would actually balance champions

Honestly, how long does a champion have to be OP or broken before they are nerfed? Just look at the state of the game right now.

You have a champion (Ivern) with a 58% win rate that has been there for months and there has been no mention of any nerfs at all. How ridiculous is that? We are talking hot fix worthy nerfs at this point. There are about a dozen champs (you know, the riot favs) that have been the top 5 in their role since release and have never been actually balanced. You have dozens of champs that have overloaded kits that don't have any real weakness. You have broken champs that have zero counterplay to whole classes of champions. You have champs that are so toxic that no one ever enjoys playing against them.

It's just sad that Riot has allowed the game to reach this point.
