Can we take a look at Shyvana post-devourer?

I tried to bring this up in the post mid season Q and A but didn't get an answer.

I assume the idea behind adding her AP ratio to her burnout was to lead her to buying guinsoo's, but that idea is looking to be a failed one at this point. She has finally moved down to below 3% pick rate because people are just not wanting to play her anymore. I don't feel like these changes pre and post devourer by nerfing her twin bite and adding the AP ratios are helpful to how most players want to play her and it would really feel terrible if she becomes the new Sejuani for season 6.

Hopefully somebody takes a look at her kit despite the fact that history has told us if a champion is at the top of the mountain for a while they aren't going to get a lot of attention anytime soon.
