Riot is never biased and never favors any champ

Buffing LeeSin prior to every Worlds to see 'flashy plays' has just been a coincidence. It is also just a coincidence that LeeSin is always in the meta and when he falls a bit behind he immediately receives buffs. Even when he has not fallen behind he receives buffs to compensate those players who lack the skill to play him. No matter what Riot will always find a reason to keep him strong and meta.

such a high skill champ that is also very situational its normal for him to have 46-47% winrate. when he has 22% playrate. i swear every lee sin in low elo goes full ad. does as much damage as thresh. and feeds

Lee has probably received the most nerfs in LoL history lol

that goes to gangplank and reksai

Nah. Gangplank got a god-tier rework and needed to be toned down. Lee has just been nerfed over and over and over throughout the years while receiving no major changes

huh? gangplank was strong in the early seasons and almost unseen after season 2, until his recent 'amazing rework' and it is a great rework, but thats when you started really seeing him again.

look at gangplanks kit, true damage passive that gives a speedboost, and scales really well with ad, his barrels can farm the extra gold from parley, his barrles ignore 40% armor, his barrels can crit and do bonus dmg to champs, his ult is now upgradable, 3 times, and he still got to keep his oranges, although now they heal for missing % hp also, not one bad ability in his kit, he can literally lane vs anybody due to that passive and barrel mechanics being able to outplay and make plays.

rek'sai is fairly new
