Let me start off by saying I think Diana is in a pretty healthy spot. She's one of the few assassins who actually has to work for her burst, instead of everyone else who just points and clicks on you and you die. I believe that her 'q' and her ult are the core parts of her kit, and should be left untouched. But I wouldn't mind changing her other abilities a bit to keep things interesting.
