i still build it cus im a creature of habit

i still kinda like it, mainly cus of the slow. But i really miss it having 40% AS =/

is it still worth building or are there better options now?

i see it as a 4th item usually on tryns.

people have been opting for shiv -> ie -> pd -> bork.

like they still build it, but its situational when you build it based on whether or not you need the lifesteal or the cutlass active to win a duel.
