Riot please tell me why you have been pushing Darius's rework back for nearly 2 years now

Even though you admit his kit is toxic and needs to be reworked so that he's good to be used in game? I don't see the logic.

What is the whole reason for doing this Riot? You say a champion's kit is toxic and needs to be reworked so they are more enjoyable to play as/against.

If the sole reason is champions like Poppy and Urgot need love before him just say it, that's a legit response, just tell us WHY.

If the reason is you don't know how to rework him do another "Let's Talk Darius" thread, people would LOVE to give thoughts and ideas on Darius.
