LP After Promotion

The way that promos are set up now, if you go 0-3 or 1-3 in your series (or x-2 for intradivision), you're set back further in LP when you finish the series. However, there's no difference in winning your series by going 3-0 over 3-2 (or 2-x) as far as LP is concerned.

I feel like your starting LP when you enter a new division should also be based off of your series performance, mirroring how it's treated if you lose. Having a higher winning percentage would start you off with higher initial LP. This would create a smoother transition from division to division, and also speed up the climbing process for people that win consistently.
