i cant see that champion being good over any of the far superior champions such as zed/LB/ahri/talon etc is she being picked simply because she is a legal loli? i think so. reminds me of season 3/4 ezreal. popular but not good whatsoever.

Pros picked her into leblanc and done perfectly fine vs that champ. If she can do that vs leblanc of all champions then she should be fine vs the rest of them unless their numbers are absolutely busted.
Heck, I even take Zoe into zed match ups and still win lane without jungle interference.
Comps matter sure but the match ups not so much.
