When will immobile Bruisers like Darius, Garen, and Olaf get some love?

These guys are going to keep falling behind in the ever changing game of mobility tacked on every single new champ.

Their damage is not an issue, it's the fact they will never get to dish it while champs with mobility can deal about the same damage as these guys but with large amounts of mobility.

And let's not get into the issue that for some immobile Bruisers, if you fall behind you're worse than a cannon minion for the rest of the game unless you farm a ton or get a lot of kills somehow.
