So, Anivia's ult is no longer going to have an attack speed slow

It seems like Riot is slowy removing every attack speed slow that exists on the game (just like they removed most Grievous Wounds abilities) - They recently added one to Fiora's W, but many champions that used to have attack speed slows, like Lee Sin, Gragas, Darius, and now Anivia, are having their attack speed slows removed. Granted some of them deserve it, but some of the most recent removals seem really weird, and as such, I am curious to know if Riot is actually trying to get rid of all attack speed slows, if they plan to give it to other champions, or if they are just searching for less toxic ways to give attack speed slows to champions.

EDIT: I would like to know why I am being downvoted if I am just trying to promote a constructive discussion. I am not trying to complain or anything.

The problem with a lot of attack speed slows is that they are just kind of slapped on to the spells and give quite a lot of power which isn't very noticeable in a fight. Take Darius w.

He already has a great laning phase (not including shitty escape but even that he can just turn and slaughter or ward), if you are an ad champ and you properly outplay him by dodging q and pull you would used to simply still lose the trade because his attack speed slow would stop all of your damage and his 2-3 attacks he got off in that time frame would chunk you while you aa maybe once.

Gragas barrel was weird. It would let him be really strong against some champs but on mediocre against others. They removed it to make him more consistent when fighting him.

Fiora on the other hand (while I don't think she should have it) gets an attack speed slow because its technically a parry. Its a very obvious move and you would expect it to happen.

The biggest problem is that they can easily decide a fight if gragas had hit vayne with a barrel or anivia placed r on vayne for a second and most of the time you wouldn't be able to tell why you lost that fight. The issue is clarity combined with how powerful it is in specific situations. If the enemy picks vayne over ezreal of vice versa then suddenly you have a massive advantage in fights or almost none at all.

Just my two cents.

In fairness, it is one of the last "feels terrible to play against, don't really notice it when you play with it" affects in the game.
