Does runic Armor increase your shield on shen W?
And does Windspeaker blessing does increase by 15% the Shield that you provide to someone as Galio with your W? (This shield dosent shield damage but it increase your armor and magic ressist by 85) so does this mastery work with that kind of shield?

Cherysse1 votesYeah, it says it so it is easier for people to understand how the power works, but it is only a boost to defenses, and it would only be afected by % defs increase.
Sire Hippington1 votesEven though it sais 'shield' in it's poorly worded tooltip, Gallios W is techically NOT a shield! The heal it grants for Gallio should be affected by runic armor, but thats it for masterie synergie.

If that is the case these masteries need to be more specific. (bonus to all shields and healing on you (includes lifesteal and regeneration). This would make you think that Shen would synergize well with this mastery.

Incorrect. Basically any healing at all is increased by runic armor mastery.
