Riot please make masteries and runes more customize-able!!!

Make it where you can move your number 3 with number 14 etc... having to remake a whole mastery set is stupid. I know that this is minor but after 6 seasons this should have been addressed earlier. The customers deserve simplicity and functionality for their awesome rune and mastery builds

It doesn't work with this Client because of the framework.

But it will work with the new Client when it gets released.
