Why not let Conquerors stats be Adaptive so that champions like Mordekaiser, Rumble, and Vlad use it

Really curious about this, the melee only piece on duration refresh would stop most AP carries from using it. So why not make it adaptive so AP Bruisers and Juggernauts can have fun too?

Precisely because Morde and Rumble with 20% true damage would be nightmares.

Oh also to stop tanks from picking it up (most deal Magic damage and some have some AP ratios).

Because Morde, Rumble, and Vlad with 20% true damage would be utterly terrifying.

Plus then AP assassins would use it as well, and it would be a nightmare.

Imagine Zoe with even more true damage.
