If I play Support Zoe and ally ADC pops bubble, does the true damage proc count as theirs or mine?

Tried out Support Zoe just now and I think I like it, but I stole the two lane kills we had and I'm wondering if I could mitigate that in the future by letting my allies pop the Bubble for the true damage proc.

Yes, I think. As it reads, the target just takes double damage - it doesn't state that the damage comes from the bubble itself, bubble just sets up the multiplier.
