Is pantheon the easiest champion to learn the game with just out of curiosity

Im not new to the game at all but im curious. Pantheon has some of the most basic shit in his kit. Assive allows him to take a towershot or enemy a for free. Q point and click for damage. Point and click gapclosing stun that resets passive. E cone attack that procs thunder Lord's for free if they they take full damage from it. It also buffs q and aa's if the enemy is below 15% HP. Ult is for ganking lanes. He may not be the best champion at winning since you need to end fast but he is probably the most basic champion in the game. There's a reason riot wants to rework him later. He's in f the most opressive champions in lane and the ultimate feast or famine champion. So would you agree that he's probably the most basic champion in the game currently.

Not particularly. Especially because many pantheons don't know how to correctly utilize his ultimate which requires a ridiculous amount of macro knowledge.

In general, most mechanically easier champions have to offset their mechanical ease with macro knowledge, whereas "more intense" champions can generally rely on trying to outplay and brute force otherwise mediocre macro plays.

There really are no truly EASY champions. Everything has its offset, especially because simple champions are much more prone to being outplayed.

I think Annie might be easier since her ult is much more effective to use for new players and her passive is easier to utilize for new players. She also scales well and new players don't close out games quickly.

A champ that is so specialized that can do one thing only and thus struggle in 90% of her match ups. Sorry but if the enemy has any idea of what he is doing, getting a decent game with annie gets hard.

He is an easy champion, but playing him doesn't help you learn, it hinders you. Let me explain. Pantheon's kit in regard to laning is braindead as he gets crits on minions for farming, and his trading/kill potential is one of the highest in League. In regards to ganking you don't have to position worry about wards or even know when to roam, his huge jump allows you to bypass normal gank barriers and simply reap the rewards. So is Panth incredibly strong and easy to pick up? Yes. Will you be able to apply skills you learn with Pantheon onto any other champion in the game? Probably not.

no, garen is imo ( generally most tanks actually sense they like to stat stick things untill they win )

pantheon doesnt get to be as tanky as him so it gets super punishing the later you go in the game.

his laning is easy

press Q till they die

but anything outside of lane does take some knowledge
