Knew this toggle mechanic would create at least one bug, but this seriously needs to be hotfixed. The amount of spam is too high lol

Leblanc is under powered and needs a buff to 100% of her spells, pls rito here my cry

Actually, I think she is quite powerful. Even without this bug. To my surprise, Leblanc can actually poke in this new rework, and has a more faster dash.She also has a on-demand stealth which can deny auto attacks, and potentially soak up single target attacks. The issue is I think currently people are too focused upon using the passive, which is not entirely nessassary in situations since you have the possibility to take a lot of damage. She is still a hit and run mage assassin after all.

...Like say I get quite fed and can do like 70 to 80% to the adcs health without using my, and go back safely, that adc needs to back off the teamfight anyway. and I can make a attempt of a second run after killing her frontlines since her cdrs are quite low now.

It's actually not stealth, it's an invuln, like Shaco's ult. It completely removes you from the game for 0.1s.
