Hey guys so I just wanted to have a quick discussion about garen and the reason I think people hate on him including myself. It's his ult. Gardens ult is a very cool idea but it was done wrong bc it makes it hard to do anything when ur low health so I think his ult should be reworked somehow, the cool down increased or and my personal favorite idea make his abilities have some kind of cost so he can't spam them as easily
Feanix3 votesWhat do you mean? that is THE ENTIRE point of Garen's ultimate.. It is a finisher, to be used to execute the champion. It even says it in the description.
And the cooldown is actually pretty long without CD reduction. COOLDOWN: 120 / 100 / 80
With 40% at level 16, it would be a 32 second CD, which is pretty normal for ultimates.

When you're low on health why are you not backing off to heal? Garen isn't the only champion with an execute, and is far from the most agile champion who can jump you with one. If you're sticking around at low health you're playing in a very high risk situation regardless of whether a Garen is against you or not, so maybe you need to work on your risk analysis a bit.
