Changed him so much his playstyle gone and is now forced into the jungle. Reworked Aatrox just get his ass beat by anyone that stands close to him. ( pretty much what he does to people on live)

If that were true they wouldn't have messed up the jungle/scuttle and thus limiting options on who can play jungle in this low experience/scuttle meta.

No that's exactly why they want more junglers.
So they can compete with the ones that are currently strong.
