Wasn't Sword of the Occult and Mejai's Soulstealer the only items keeping Proxy Singed at bay?
Or am I just mistaken?

Adalore2 votesNope. The thing that killed proxy singed in it's stupidest incarnation was that getting minion farm slowly partially resets your kill gold. So he couldn't be worth 40gp while still farming well and making the other laner suffer.
Until that change landed, proxy singed was countered SORTA by those items.
Pupel1 votesWell now the new cannon aggro changes will make proxy singed a little more annoying to pull off also if you just kill his team you can snowball that faster than he can snowball himself
