I've got no problem with the mechanic, but 20% seems like a little bit too much

For our turret building friend. I get what they were kinda going for and while this isn't a perfect comparison, but look fiddlesticks 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% ms, but only after he stops moving for 1.5 seconds, and only for 1.5 seconds at that...

Like i get what you're going for but maybe try 10%... or you know, figure out how much mobility is actually worth so you can properly attribute the appropriate amount of kit budget to it.

well they removed his decent ally regen that made his turrets turn into a range semi garen thing

i don't even know what you're trying to get at with that statement.

Though, seriously, if you think that his health regen meant shit in the league of lifesteal, then you're nuts.

well i'm just saying if you failed clearing the turrets they are just going to regen and be back to shooting everything that moves but i do agree on one thing why does he get it for the regular towers too because with that and the game start homeguards he's already mid/top before the jungler is at their buff

It's not like he doesn't regenerate them anyway... Even if you kill a turret, they're going to be back shooting everything

20% is just way stronger than such a passive should be. Considering that his condition is one which is fundamental to his kit, it's basically not a condition at all. They could've just made his passive +20% movement speed while in combat. Which i doubt would be an acceptable passive, but they didn't even bother making it build up with levels or something.
