I think everyone got a bit spoiled by the old Mana situation

I think everyone got a bit spoiled from buying one item then never having to worry about Mana ever again.

As a jungler, I remember when you got the first blue and that was about it most of the time. Every time after that it was passed over to mid. Once they made the changes where you just built Morello/RoA/Tear and never had to worry about Mana, this kind of went away. I mean there was also the removal of the bonus AP that played a part if I'm being fair. But after those changes, the second blue was almost always mine. A lot of the time midlaners didn't even want to leave lane to come get it and would tell me to take it. Sometimes it would even be passed off to top or support, not in the early game though.

As a jungler I got spoiled by having all these extra blue buffs to spam away and power clear. Mid obviously got a bit spoiled as well

I think to solve the issues we're currently looking at in regards to this specific issue, I think we need to move back to the old system of handing off blue after the first, maybe second one. This used to be kind of an unwritten rule.

The issue with this is changing the playstyle of the community as a whole is, well, very difficult ._.

I will repeat what I said in the other thread. People need to learn mana management instead of mindlessly spamming skills. The game is pretty balanced right now. We don't need mages to cry for mana buffs to send the rest of season 8 back into imba state.

I'm a mid laner, I kinda dislike that I have to manage my mana a lot better now, but despite that, I believe its actually balanced now.

What was the point of a resource bar if it was just negated by a single item buy? Lets just make infinite energy regen too . Anyways, I get the point of your post but yes we were all spoiled. Now we have to look into larger pools or better management overall as the solution, which i'd offer to say is well tuned.

its not about "changing the playsyle" nothing will be more optimal then something that lets you use your abilities more often/ keep you in lane longer.
