The issue is her 3 unconditional dashes.

This champion is not balanceable when she has 100% control over every single fight.

There's nothing different between old and new. Old gave her a FREE dash. She doesn't need that.

What she needs is for her Q to lose the slow and move the slow to her E dash in. She has a way too easy and spammable conal ranged slow which makes ganking her or trading with her incredibly painful.

She can shroud when ganked, if that fails she can E, if that fails she can ult, if that fails she can ult again, and if that fails she can aoe slow both the ganker and her enemy lane with Q while she just walks back.

And then she gets gunblade and gets another slow while getting spell vamp on steroids to give her massive sustain in lane so whatever damage the failed gank did to her she will heal back up shortly.

Move the slow from her Q to her E so she has to commit to engage to melee range to chase down a target but can't just both poke and deny engagement on her with an aoe slow.

Nah, this shroud has more counterplay. She diesnt get a free blink like in her old shroud, which can jump over walls.
