I'm not sure what that word means, .. but it reminds me of the word "Conqueror" .. which a lot of people have been complaining about recently.
You realize that a player has to be in combat for 4 seconds before they can trigger Conqueror by landing a basic attack on an enemy champion.
There is even a visual cue that lets you know when they can trigger Conqueror.
4 seconds is a long time, so it isn't like they can just jump on you and instantly destroy you like with some of the other keystones.
If your opponent doesn't have stacks and hasn't started combat. You can engage on them and you know that you have a 4 second window before they gain the advantage. They will either use their abilities right away, during which time they will not be buffed by Conqueror and when Conqueror triggers they will be down some very important cooldowns. OR they will save their cooldowns until Conqueror is triggered, .. and again, 4 seconds is a long time. When it triggers, you disengage for 3 seconds. .. then their advantage is wasted and they need to accumulate stacks for another 4 seconds.
If your opponent has already started stacking, .. just don't fight them. .. Or if you can, get them to trigger Conqueror and immediately disengage.

so pretty much dont fight them is the counterplay since they stack it in minion combat.
No, I'm quite sure that I did not say to fight them, .. in fact, I'm pretty sure that I gave specific windows for when to fight them.
This keystone is designed to turn the table on prolonged combat.
Fleet Footwork, Electrocute, Predator, sometimes Dark Harvest, Hail of Blades, Aftershock, Arcane Comet, Summon Aery, Kleptomancy, and Glacial Augment are all keystones that can be used without having previously been in combat in order to gain a small advantage over an enemy with Conqueror.
Lethal Tempo, Press the Attack, and Grasp of the Undying all require a time and / or a stacking mechanic in order to have any usefulness.
Guardian requires an ally and Unsealed Spellbook can't be used to swap summoner spells at all (but those summoner spells can be a good advantage as well)
So really, there are far more Keystones that can be used to counter Conqueror simply by playing around the trade windows that it is designed for.
