Jungle is absolute shit right now, is anything even being done to fix it?

If you fall behind, it's virtually impossible to catch back up, and the level of damage in the game makes most ganks a form of suicide; maybe your team comes out with a kill or two, but the enemy team is often also going to take one of you down with them.

I can't even queue as secondary jungle, because I get it 3/4 of the time, as nobody wants to play it anymore.
